1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services of CloudNine Brea Landscaping, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
CloudNine Brea Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are performed by trained professionals.
3. Service Agreements
When you hire us for a project, we will provide you with a detailed quote outlining the scope of work, timeline, and costs. Once you accept the quote, it becomes a binding agreement. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. For most projects, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For ongoing maintenance contracts, cancellation terms will be specified in your agreement.
6. Property Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team to perform the agreed-upon services. This includes ensuring that pets are secured and that any obstacles are removed from work areas. If access is not available at the scheduled time, rescheduling fees may apply.
7. Weather and Force Majeure
We may need to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative date. No penalties or fees will apply for weather-related rescheduling.
8. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranties for plants, materials, and workmanship will be outlined in your service agreement. These warranties typically range from 30 days to one year depending on the type of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by extreme weather, neglect, or improper maintenance.
9. Liability and Insurance
CloudNine Brea Landscaping carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden utilities, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. Any concerns about existing property conditions should be communicated to us before work begins.
10. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, marking any underground utilities or sprinkler lines, securing pets during service visits, and maintaining any installations according to our care instructions. Failure to follow care instructions may void warranties.
11. Disputes and Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately at (562) 588-0135 or info@brealandscaping.com. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
